Andrew Hodges - Principal Advisor

Andrew worked for many years for a wide variety of companies including the State Transport Authority, Hyatt Hotels, Laserex Technologies, Australia Post, Origin Energy, Santos, and Ingenia; predominately in senior commercial leadership roles. After helping those companies become successful, Andrew decided it was time to open his own Advisory Business. Over those 25 years Andrew has been exposed to, and has been involved in a wide variety of issues and challenges both internally and externally. What has stood out the most is the need to deal with Change and how to then take the next steps to tackle what is taking place. Andrew has mastered this skill.

Andrew is a certified Executive Coach, a certified NLP Practitioner, an accredited expert level Harrison Assessor and also Mindshop Accredited Facilitator.
